2016 Dodge Challenger SXT

Debbie is amazing!! I can always count on her to get me taken care of!! My new car I had purchased from her about a year ago got totaled in a tornado and she got me in a new car without days! Amazing, absolutely amazing is how I would rate this dealership staff/experience. I was traveling from Colorado, pulling my camper at hour 13.5 of my 14 hour drive to Salado. Suddenly in Temple Texas, my truck had a loud boom and lost all power. As we pull to the side of the road we realize my boost tube has failed. 4:45 on a Friday… cue the magicians that are the Don Ringler staff! I called frantically asking for help. I spoke to Autumn who helped devise a plan. While I spoke to David in the parts department to confirm the availability she went to work with Ryan to see where we could get squeezed in. Parts are in, service has been scheduled for Saturday 8AM, I can get squeezed in at some point Saturday and will drop off the truck. But it doesn’t stop there! I show up at 8am and explain what was going on to Andrea so she could get me checked in. I told her I’d hang out for a bit as everyone was still asleep back at camp. My truck made it to the trustworthy hands of Gabriel. Who was a rockstar in his own right! In less than 2 hours, he had my truck all fixed up giving me the confidence needed to enjoy the eclipse weekend and make the drive back home; which we did without issue! I did have some conversations with sales too, they were very nice and kept me company for a bit. Everyone was just so nice for 8am on a Saturday! I truly mean it when I say you all are heroes! Thank you all so much for springing into action to get me fixed up and ready to make my journey back home.

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish My family and I are so grateful. Treated us like family . I can say this was the best car buying experience we have ever had ( being 55 I have had a lot and they have been my best experience) . A shout out to both Morgan and Alex for thier amazing customer service, just impeccable!! Honest and true made the financing smooth and easy. Absolutely will be coming back in the future. Thank you!!
