Emailed them about a car I wanted to purchase for my family. Emailed a few other dealers also who had the same vehicle. The other cars were listed for slightly under MSRP. The other dealers communicated by text only and sent me quotes that were up to 3K over the “lower price” they had listed online, and well over MSRP. When I pushed for why the reply was that’s what I can do. However Mike Allen called me the very next morning with transparent clear pricing, got my approval and I came in the following day to sign. The car was ready to go, all pricing was exactly what was agreed to on the phone. Mr. Allen was calm, courteous and just a pleasure to deal with. I can’t begin to convey how good it is to find a car buying experience that doesn’t leave you feeling icky. This is the second positive buying experience I’ve had with this dealership.
