2019 Dodge Challenger SXT Auto

I was able to speak with someone this morning and now understanding more about what’s been taking so long. I have to change my review and give better stars. I do hope they keep their word and everything runs smoothly from here. Communication is key, but after speaking to them, I think they understand my frustration and everything is going to be smoothly from here on out. I am grateful. They have chosen to be honest with me and that’s a big thing with a dealership honesty. If I ever need a car, I will look back at them again.

I have been looking for a Honda or Toyota withing a specific budget. I had 3 other cars at other places I wasn't fast enough on, and then I came across a civic here at Car Town. I really liked all the pictures, fell in love with the color, it marked all the right boxes and was within budget. I called this morning and spoke with Daniel and made an appointment to come by. My dad had come with me, and we looked at the vehicle it looked exactly as it did in the pictures. I popped the hood and it looked clean and maintained, the interior was clean, everything looked good. I took for a drive and it felt solid, I fell in love the rest of the way. We went back and the power had gone out while we were gone, Daniel was trying to get it turned back on, but was trying to come up with ways we could still take the car home in the meantime- he was very nice and professional the whole time. My dad and I ended up going to lunch and by the time we came back the power was back on. We finished the Sale, he put on the temporary license plate for me and everything. Very professional, very fair, 5 start service for sure. I appreciate him for helping me with my car today. I recommend him to anyone who needs a used vehicle! Thanks Daniel!!

Excellent experience. Good deal on vehicle. Salesmen were friendly and not predatory like all other dealerships. Took it for a long test drive on my own. Was able to use the back lot to look over the vehicle after the drive. Negotiations were fair. Paperwork was simple. Will definitely recommend.
