Valmark was amazing! They were so helpful and walked me through buying my first car…also didn’t try to run up the price on me and were super respectful to me even though I’m younger! Donald was amazing and so helpful throughout the process! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

My appointment was on a Saturday morning at 7:30. I arrived on time and was greeted by a pleasant associate, who was helpful and informative. She educated me on the nuances of my vehicle, and informed me of a Carfax that I could use to show all the work that has been done on my car. She kept me up-to-date as far as how long it would take for my vehicle to get done, as well as the recommended services that needed to be done on my vehicle. She was very helpful knowledgeable and gave great customer service. Average time spent at this dealership was an hour and a half.

I had to bring my Equinox in to get serviced for a brake problem. Of course, the tech fixed it and the brakes are perfect now, but I was so impressed and satisfied with the customer service here. Throughout the entire process (from drop-off to diagnosis to quoting to pick up), Kody the service advisor was very knowledgeable, had excellent communication, and was very responsive to my questions. At one point I text him with a question about my quote, and he responded not even 5 minutes later with all the information I needed. I’ll continue to bring my vehicle here for servicing simply because of the customer service. Excellent!
