I had a great experience buying a new car at Lipscomb Chevrolet! I had been looking at a Bolt EUV and Geraldo called me to follow up on a car they had in stock. I mention that he called me because I have found that getting people to return calls, much less to initiate a call is rare! I am an out-of-state buyer and was a little nervous about how the process would work. Geraldo answered all my questions and even had the sales manager call me to reinforce that they were holding the car for me. (Two previous dealers had sold cars from underneath me). When it came time to pick up the car, they sent someone to pick me up at the airport in Dallas which was wonderful. Everything was ready when I arrived and the car was fully charged and squeaky clean. When a snafu with a GM discount came up (not related to anything the dealership had done), they patiently waited and helped me to resolve the issue. I highly recommend Lipscomb Chevrolet and their team! I hope to buy another car there someday myself!

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I worked with Daniela and Tommy to purchase my truck.
