When we arrived we met with Syed who is professional, efficient and friendly. He allowed us to go on a test drive, and while we were out we inspected the car from top to bottom. When we returned to the dealership I asked Syed a question about the vehicle in the vaguest way, to see what he would say. (I already knew the correct technical term) In less than 10 seconds Syed responded with the right mechanical term, he didn't hesitate, and was COMPLETELY transparent! I knew in that moment this man is HONEST!
