2018 Dodge Challenger SXT

I've updated my rating because this dealership is under new ownership, and I don't think the current team should have to suffer because of the reputation left behind by the previous owners. We recently purchased a new Santa Fe, and our sales advisor, Gariott, was outstanding. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. If you've been hesitant because of past reviews, I'd encourage you to give them a chance. This is a completely different experience than what I remember, and the new team has definitely earned my business Orginal Review I purchased a new G70. After a week of negotiations, I decided to buy the car. The Sales manager Jeremy is passive aggressive and makes unprofessional comments/statements, he was upset because the dealership was loosing money on the car. After signing the paperwork I got in my new car and headed home. When I arrived at home I realized the exterior was half clean which wasn't a big deal, but, I opened the hood and couldnt believe the condition of the engine compartment. Oil was spilled on the motor, dirt was all over, oil was over filled. Stickers were left on the exterior that had baked on. Several parts of the car had damage and the dealership doesn't care. For Genesis to be a "luxury" brand, I can't believe this dealership would send a car out like this. Its a shame that the car buying experience isn't what it used to be. I have a great experience every time I take my GV80 in for servicing. The team members of this South Nashville location are excellent. I have an authorized Genesis dealership within 8 miles of my home; however, I choose to drive over 100 miles because of the trust I have for these guys and the outstanding level of service they provide.
