This is was our first time having our vehicle serviced at his Harlingen location. Regardless of location, Charlie Clark’s employees are courteous, professional, friendly and respectful. We would like to extend a special thank you to Scott, our service advisor. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised; there are two ladies in the Service Department making sure who were the customers waiting while their vehicles were being serviced. Asking if we needed status updates on our vehicles they would get that information to us. We were also surprised when the ladies told us if we wanted to go to a restaurant just in case we wanted something different to eat from the Barbecue they had. Or if we had an errand to run, a store we wanted to go they would take us and bring us back. Scott also came by making sure we were doing ok and offered if we needed to go somewhere just to let them know and they would accommodate us. My husband enjoyed the great lively music they had. It’s comforting to know you are being taken care of. Charlie Clark dealerships in Brownsville and Harlingen; do not disappoint. He makes sure you have something to eat while you wait with his employees keeping tabs on you. Having GREAT employees, who care about his customers and go beyond the extra measure than normal dealerships, that’s where you need to think about: GREAT Service after the sale. Can’t forget about his mechanics they do an awesome job.

Everyone was so kind and worked hard to help me drive off in a new car. I appreciate the great customer service, how everyone made me and my son and cousin feel welcomed. I will highly recommend you to other people. Only I didn’t get to meet Charlie, I was hoping to meet him. Maybe next time. ????

If you are shopping for a vehicle first of all ask for Fonseca , he is the one that really works with your budget. Mr.Fonseca not only has excellent customer service , he also has experience.
