Randy, a true professional and gentleman, took care of everything, kept me updated through the whole process, set up delivery at decent price, he even managed to get my loan rate lower! I got the princess treatment. Purchasing my BMW 5 series went pretty well. Thank you to Mike, Ish and Jenny. They were attentive throughout the whole step. Of course with cars being used they come with issues often times. Some very minimal, but Mike has been a great help in making sure everything is taken care of whenever I have brought a problem to him. Their 100 days or 3k mile assistance is really great. Ish also helped me get a lower interest rate which helped a great deal. If you’re looking for a car, give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. Update: make sure you get mikes contact from Him directly(service man and one of the boss) so you don’t have to drive back and forth constantly. Expect to pay a $1999 service and prep fee for the car which will cover any problems you have with the car. Only downside is that you will be lucky if they actually service and prep your car themselves. make sure you take your car for diagnostics, engine, brakes, brake fluid, etc.. you will be handling all the service and prep. Just contact them to let them know price of anything that comes up beforehand and have your work done and bring them receipts to reimburse you especially if it’s a luxury car. MIKE was GREAT with handling reimbursements so that is a BIG PLUS. Other dealerships would make things much worse So KUDOS TO MIKE FOR THAT. Do Not, and I repeat, do not use the people they work with for any work on your car, use a shop that you go too, and have them pay despite any story they try to give you about them seeing work done with their own eyes or them getting a better price from their people and etc. they are sales men, their job is to get money and spend as little as possible rehabbing , it will not be a good job done on your car. All in all they get 3.5 Stars for Ish helping with the lower interest with the multiple outlets he contacted, and Mike Being Helpful with the car when I had things handled elsewhere. If everything was handled without my intervention they would’ve received 5 stars , they are a good used car dealership. They get my approval and Recommendation
