I first have to say that I’m not sure there’s another dealership around that will treat your time as valuable as the vehicles that they’re selling. I inquired about my truck on Sunday, scheduled a visit on Wednesday, and had the truck DELIVERED on Friday. Upon my arrival, JR threw me the keys and told me to take it out. This level of freedom allowed me the necessary time to make a decision as there wasn’t some overwhelming salesman riding along trying their hardest to make a sale. Aside from the excellent customer service on the front end, the truck was delivered in pristine condition after having been professionally detailed. I will forever recommend Northlake Auto Hammond to anyone looking for their next vehicle. Thank you JR and team for this excellent experience!
