He is very attentive, courteous and efficient. He makes sure all my concerns are addressed and even offers helpful tips for future maintenance. He makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. I went to this location for 1 car about 30 seconds later I was in it test driving it. Really friendly no waiting everything went smooth they even offered us water and soda during the paperwork. I’m a proud owner of the evo x ( Mark juarez ) - helped us test drive and gave us the car fax and kept in contact even after I drove off the lot.
