Ordered my new Ford F-450 earlier this year and it came in this week. Couldn't be more pleased, ha. I started this journey by reaching out via the Ford site and was contacted by a sales rep from one of the local dealers. Dan Amulenko was the sales guy I delt with and he worked me through the process. He, his manager, the sales manager, everyone I dealt with did a great job, and made things as easy as they could be.

Jason Watson was a great salesman. We purchased a vehicle while living in another state (FL). He communicated consistently and remained patient throughout the process. We secured our own financing which posed a slight challenge, but nothing that Cannon couldn't handle. One of the downsides to our transaction was the cleanliness of the vehicle when we arrived after a 3 hour drive. Though we were told the vehicle was detailed, there was some sort of spray on the console and lots of dirt in the cracks and crevices of the seats. That's not the kind of thing buyers want to see when buying a "new-to-them" vehicle. Also, our particular choice in the used car we purchased requires a reset for new users, per the manufacturer. So, until we can schedule an appointment with the manufacturer's dealership (an hour from our home), we are essentially driving a car with the old owner's settings and preferences until then. It doesn't quite feel like "our" car, just yet. Not sure if Cannon could have rectified that or not. Still 5 stars for an overall great transaction and personnel interaction.

Jason Watson was a great salesman. He was one of the most attentive sales guys I’ve ever dealt with. He kept me in the loop on everything that was going on with my purchase. Thanks Jason you’re the best!!
