I wanted everyone to know what an absolutely WONDERFUL experience I had while at B n L on Saturday. I actually felt more comfortable and had the feeling like I was buying something from an old friend. Chad was the salesman that I was fortunate enough to deal with. During the whole process he was attentive to all of our needs and concerns. He actually spent time on his DAY OFF to work with us and the banks doing everything he could to get us approved. I recommend anyone wanting an "at home with the good ole boys" experience buying a car to please go to B and L and ask for Chad. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. His knowledge of every single vehicle they have is stellar and on point. And every concern was met head on leaving us with no questions at all. Frederic as well as the other people i worked with today were awesome! They worked with me being a first time buyer and although i didn’t have a co-signer at first, they were still willing to work with me unlike other places which was AMAZING! They were still willing to get me something to take home regardless of that and were outstanding and very nice staff. The staff truly do care, even staying a little late just to be sure everything was worked out for me, i’ve never met a better group of salespeople. Got a co-signer and got a very nice car at a very nice price. Got my first car from them, 10/10 recommend and i couldn’t thank them enough!
