It's been a while since I was at Gilroy. Haven't used them much for service but I have bought 2 new vehicles there over the years. With my new job location this is now more convenient and I am now servicing my Ram and Dodge vehicles at this location. Appointments are easy to get. I would often wait more than 2 weeks for an appointment. At Gilroy this is closer to 4 days. The service advisor I worked with Ricardo was exceptional. He took the time to address my requests and ensure I understood the process and he checked me out quickly when I arrived to pick up. Very pleased with the service team.
Great dealership! If you are looking to buy a car ask for Jay, I left the lot with a Jeep sports compass and am very happy with my experience.
