I can not express how amazing this customer service was in just a review. Hands down the best experience I've had with a dealership ever. They gave me a very fair trade in value for my Sante fe. Every step was very transparent and quick. Even after the purchase was complete, I noticed a few things I wanted to address, and they didn't hesitate to jump into action. Our sales expert Santiago was very patient, worked with us through every step, the finance manager was phenomenal, and even the guys in the back were quick to respond and resolve any concerns we had. Thank you to all parties involved. I'm always very thought out in my car buying decisions, and I've waited for a very long time to make this move. This really helped reinforce my decision to make this move. I felt very comfortable taking this leap and treating myself.

14 months ago I purchased a GMC Terrain from Baja motors one of the sister properties. 2 weeks ago my AC stopped working , I went to a different place to get it checked I was quoted 1600 dollars . I called the dealership after hearing the quote explained what happened . Amber answered the phone , Amber is amazing she really left a mark on me . I was suppose to bring my car in last week but I had to take the kids to school , Amber continued to check on me . Amber had my truck checked out for Free , After checking my truck it was only the compressor the other place told me I needed a new ac system. Amber got my car fixed less than 3 hours today and continued to check on me . I’ll never go to another auto shop ever this place is very reasonable & honest . Amber needs a pay raise ??
