This past weekend I purchased a Ram 1500 from Jim. The process of getting the deal and approval was one of my best and easiest vehicle shopping experiences I ever had. I drove it home and to work and the next day I noticed the radiator had a crack. I replaced the radiator and contacted the dealership to let them know and they reimbursed me for the repair.
