2021 Dodge Challenger SXT Auto

First off, Ben at ARIA is the most generous, and caring guy I have ever come across that would literally give you the shirt off his back if you were in need! Want to share a bit of the issues I had prior to me lucking up and connecting with Ben at ARIA that led me to a wonderful experience of buying my 2013 Toyota Highlander from there. So I recently had a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT (I DID NOT PURCHASE AT ARIA) that I bought back in 2020. Constantly the vehicle kept causing me issues, I spent so much money desperately trying to fix all the problems with it. Early this year a severe issue occurred that made the vehicle no longer safe for me to drive with my children. I'm unfortunately on a very limited income struggling to make ends meet and raising 3 children, I was panicked realizing I wasn't able to fix the Dodge due to cost (ended up getting rid of it) and I definitely needed another vehicle that was safe to transport my family. Ben heard the struggles I was going through and took it to heart to look out for me and my family and find me a new safe vehicle to suit my family size that was affordable with my income. He did just that, called me saying they had just got a 2013 Toyota Highlander in that was in a price range I could manage. I got right on it to take the vehicle to a couple of mechanics to have it looked over which Ben had absolutely no issue in me doing so. After all if that, Ben assisted in my buying process to make it so understandable and me comfortable as I was nervous with another bill to add to my fixed income. He made it such a smooth process and I will forever be grateful for the kindness he provided to my family and I when not knowing me really and even to this day still looking out for me with my vehicle if I may ever need anything. I appreciate him dearly and I'll recommend anyone to buy a vehicle with Ben at ARIA.

Overall great experience, the manager and staff were all very friendly. Jessica helped us initially and was a delight, very friendly and helpful. Ben took care of all of the paperwork with us and he answered every question we had. Unfortunately my car had a check engine light the day after taking it home, however I'd like to think that it is nothing to be suspicious about. The fix was cheap and easy, however if it wasn't then I would've used the 1 year warranty that is included with the car.

Ben at Aria helped us out this past weekend! He gave us a very fair price on a car that we needed. He was easy to work with and it was nice to get in a car quickly when we needed it. The car was clean and in great shape. It came with multiple discounts on oil changes and a year bumper-to-bumper warranty with option to extend the warranty. Thanks, Aria!
