2020 Dodge Challenger SXT Auto

I had an outstanding experience at MLK Auto sales organization. I was greeted with friendly smiles, I was able to test drive vehicles without anyone with me in the car. I did not feel pressured, I got a good deal on a great vehicle. It was a fluke to land here but I'm glad I did. Michael helped me find the right vehicle for me. He stayed cognizant of my price range. He listened to what I was looking for and I drove away in a beautiful 2008 Toyota Camry. When I had questions after my buying experience, I was able to get them resolved. There is one thing they could do better and that is to work on Sunday's. But overall I give them five stars.

I had to call these gentleman up about 45 minutes before they closed to in q semi emergency to purchase a vehicle, and the owner (name slipping my mind right now) was mad helpful, and I could tell was working hard to help me get what I needed. When asking about the vehicles history he was probably the most honest car salesman I've ever spoke to. Told me the truth even if it cost him the sale of that vehicle which I really appreciated, you don't see that often. They also understood the position I am in and worked with me on a payment plan to make sure I left with what I needed. I need to give the homie mykell, the owners son. I work with my kell the most with my payments and any questions I have and the man's customer service is top notch, always there to help or answer any questions I have. Just recently I had a situation changing employers and called my kell to work out something to avoid any 9-5repercussions and my guy was all over the situation and did everything he could to make sure everything worked out. They are both super rad dudes and while they may not have the best prices in the city they might have the best customer service and I don't think I've ever been to a business that seemed stoked to go out their way to satisfy their customers

I knew of MLK Auto Sales as I pass it often to go to work near Lloyd Center/Downtown. I loved their selection of cars and stopped by after businesss hours the day before to scan the lot and see if anything peaked my interest. Well there was about 8 cars that did right away! I immediately went back the next day and was greeted with amazing customer service. I even met the owners! I was specific in what I wanted and needed and the guy I was working with, Dontae, provided sound advice and I trusted everything he said. I honestly don't see myself buying from any other car lot from here on out... time is money, and I don't waste it. There are certain grocery stores, clothing stores and restaurants I will ONLY spend money at because of the quality of products and customer service. Today I just landed the only car dealership I will shop at. Thank you MLK Auto
