2018 Dodge Challenger SXT

I recently visited Audi Great Neck to help my mother buy a car. She wanted an A5 Convertible and we found a beautiful 2023 model still avail at the Great Neck lot. I went over and visited to check out the car and was greeted warmly and then introduced to the Sales Manager Drew Russo. Drew was personable, professional, clean cut and knowledgable. The next day I came back with my mother and we bought the car. Drew and his finance advisor re-assured my thinking about lease vs. buy and made the entire transaction easy and seamless. She picked up the car the following day and is quite happy. 4 Stars for Drew and his team at Audi Great Neck. I'll be back when it's time for me to get a new one (I have 2018 A4 :)).

I came for an oil change. Was told it would take 90 minutes. Sat in waiting room. Comfortable, well lit. Dunkin coffee and chilled water bottles available. Was done in a little under 90 minutes. Staff were friendly and professional.

There was a problem with my loaner and the staff there at Biener had a process in place to resolve the issue equitably. I'm on my third car with them and on several other occasions this Dealership has accommodated me for events outside either of our control. I want to commend the management there for having a well trained well practiced staff and Business processes for common exceptions that occur to ensure things go smoothly. It makes me feel like a valued customer of a premium brand.
