2020 Dodge Challenger SXT Auto

This was by far the best experience at a dealership I’ve ever had. No pressure, no heavy “add on” haggling. The vehicle was super clean and has run flawlessly since the purchase. No over pricing. They were super friendly and stayed late to finalize my purchase. Thanks people!

Otis made my day, working with him was great. Bill and Daniel also helped and they were great. Customer service 5/5 and I got my the inspected and it looks great and runs great. Every thing with them was a dream! Everything with Navy Fed, my bank, was a nightmare!!!! Agreed on a price and all came back to the dealer and Navy Fed then lowered the price they would pay for the 70k miles truck so I had to come up with a big down payment last minute. Long story short, I’m an Idiot for having Navy Fed, they teach me this all the time! But I’d buy another car from here in a heartbeat!

Took my Honda accord to have an oil change and an over all inspection. Car will be going with my daughter to college and wanted it to be fully looked over before she leaves. Was a bit worried about squeaky brakes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great explanation of what they saw and what needed work. It’s been a while since we’ve had anything other than oil changes so, not surprised at need for filters, etc. Brakes could have waited but I wanted to go ahead and take care of in now. So very thankful for Tony and his team in taking great care of our car and for the great customer service! On a side note, this car was not purchased there but I did sell a call to them and that was also a great experience. Addendum: Had such a great experience that I went back and bought a car for my other child. Gabriel, Franklin and Christian were super knowledgeable and gave us the time and space to look, test drive and offered suggestions without pushing. It took us a few days to figure it what we wanted and I appreciated their patience. Purchase went smoothly and we were able to leave with a car and one happy kid!
