I bought a vehicle from them back in December and all was great. Well the last 4 weeks I haven't been able to drive my vehicle and my husband is a mechanic and couldn't figure out the issue. So I was able to talk with the receptionist (she's so sweet) and the owner Chris and he was very understanding and worked with us to be able to drive home another vehicle next day!
