I had a good experience with Preston, the salesperson/sale-coordinator, and with the team people that were involved in helping me purchase my new Tundra. It was a low-pressure experience which made me feel comfortable and able to more easily consider the particulars related to such a significant purchase. This is my very first brand-new vehicle purchase for myself. After many years of purchasing pre-owned vehicles, I was finally able financially, to buy a new one, and, it was a pleasant experience. Since this was a new experience for me, I am still working with the dealership on a couple of items, and i feel confident that they will make sure everything is taken care of to my satisfaction.
