My family has purchased 2013 Ford escape. We asked if one small item could be repaired before we purchased the vehicle. They worked with their own mechanic and they had it fixed with no problems and in a timely manner. We have now had the vehicle over a month and a half. We have not had any issues with the vehicle. As far as the owners were polite, able to communicate via phone text and email if necessary. Anytime that I reached out they responded very quickly.
