William provided excellent customer care. I had 3 safety recalls to repair and was there all day. The lounge was comfortable and they had good coffee. They performed an inspection, an additional repair at my request, and adjusted my doors. They provided me with all the information I needed and more. They finished it all off with a car wash, and the cost was completely reasonable. (Of course the recalls cost me nothing.) I couldn’t be more pleased! When I left I felt like I was driving a new car.
