I had a scheduling issue with my initial appointment, but I was contacted by Derick, service manager, the very same day. He went above and beyond to get my car in for repair, even offered to come get my vehicle. He was willing to do whatever I needed, to let me know my initial issue was not the typical way they treat their customers. He made me feel that customer service was a top priority for them.

I highly recommend Sam Boswell Honda of Enterprise, AL! More specifically, salesman, Trey! Trey is knowledgeable, friendly and not the least bit pushy! I was honestly not going to use this dealership because I had issues in the past with the service department. (They assure me that there is a new crew back there now and they are great-I will certainly try in a few months for my oil change.) A good friend suggested that I come and talk to Trey.
