Tracey and Brian at Premier Motors in Hayward CA have been a great help with the purchase of my Hellcat Redeye! I'm an out of state buyer and Tracey made the entire process very quick and easy for me! She was friendly and easy to work with! I came here to test drive a 2017 Ford Focus RS not anticipating a purchase. After test driving the car I was never pressured by anyone to make a purchase and it was made clear that if the car was right for me then great but if not then no hard feelings. This was such a refreshing approach to not have a sales person pressure me into making such a big investment without strong consideration first. Before I test drove the car they needed to jump the car which I didn't think much of at first, but turned out the car had a bad battery. The team switched out the battery without hesitation which is to be expected from a good dealership, but where they really won my respect is when my shifter became loose. I thought the transmission went out and had the car towed to a Ford dealership to be fixed under manufacturer's warranty, but turned out it was the shifter that went out. Since it was after market they did not cover it under warranty, but Tracy from Premier Motors covered the expense without hesitation. She also payed for an alignment of the car to be sure this wasn't what caused the shifter to pop loose. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality sports car with the peace of mind that they will have your back if something comes up. Thank you Tracy and company!
