Mike Hamilton was my salesman. Did a great job from start to finish and the process was very quick for me. Happy with my purchase, have bought at least 8 Toyota products and this vehicle quality and customer experience is always a high point.

I arrived at Lithia with an solid idea of what I wanted in a car and what I was willing to pay. Jarren was my sales guy. He wasn't pushy, and really listen to what I wanted. I wanted to shout out to Chris Mallard. ( please forgive any misspell) Service Manager at Lithia Toyota. Without going into the small details of my car going into their service. My warranty of 2 years denied my service claim because of a ridiculous technicality. My heart sunk. I'm a single mom with a County job making pennies for paychecks in a terrible economy right now. My car is a necessity for me and my daughter. Chris took over my car repair and fought the warranty company for days. And he got the denial overturned. And the price tag was a big number. This man literally brought me to tears. In the best way. Thank you Chris for going the extra mile and beyond. You were so patient and kind in every phone call and I felt I could trust you to handle this situation I was in. This is such a relief for me and I am very grateful for you. Thank you Chris. One of the most wonderful and superior in management. Because of you I have my car back. And I know Lithia will be my place of vehicle purchase again when the time comes.
