Shopping for a new vehicle has never been my favorite. I tend to get anxious and overwhelmed during the process because I'm used to the sales guys that are in your face before you even get out of your car with tons of questions and make you feel pressured. My experience with Sand Mountain Toyota was so different and really refreshing. Our sales guy Clay was absolutely amazing and made the process so smooth. He didn't bombard us with questions or hover over us. He took the time to answer and explain any questions we had on the vehicle and the process. The finance department was great as well. They also took the time to explain anything we had questions on. They really took care of us and it showed they care about their customers experience. We never once felt pressured into the deal and walked out very happy with the dealership and the vehicle. We will definitely buy here again the next time we're in the market for a vehicle.
