2017 Dodge Challenger R/T Shaker

This is my second time leasing a car through Honda Santa Barbara. I’ve leased and purchased cars from dealerships in the past. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had! I won’t lie, the thought of trading in my car and purchasing a new one was pretty anxiety inducing. My partner convinced me to finally go to a dealership after a year of looking just to see what they could do. My anxiety was sky high, but we walked in and met Angel and I felt at ease immediately. He was personable and made everything feel like we were just chatting, no pressure. He mentioned Hector would help us with a test drive (cue anxiety spike) and we met Hector and again I was put at ease and felt like he was truly there to help us both come out with a deal that benefited all. After the test drive we met Thomas and again I felt like we were all on the same page with the same goal which was not how I pictured this going. I pictured the back and forth banter and no deal being made and me leaving sad and disappointed that we had to walk away. But these three gentlemen just felt genuine and truly like they wanted me to get the car I wanted. After we said yes, Andres helped with the paperwork and answered all our questions so that I fully understood what I was signing. Lastly, Frank came over and congratulated us on our purchase and offered us soda and water and paid out of pocket for those which was just shocking. As someone who avoided this process for months on end, had I known this was the crew I would deal with I would have bought my beautiful car months ago.
