2021 Dodge Challenger R/T

I recently purchased a 2024 Mustang Mach-E GT from Newcomb’s Auto Sales, and I seriously cant say enough about how great the experience was here. From the very first conversation, Roy went above and beyond. I mentioned the car that I really wanted, but didnt think there was a possibility of affording really, and the same day he had researched all the options— leasing vs. owning, auctions, pricing, etc.—and informed me on what the best option would be. Next thing I know, he's found an amazing deal at an auction, got the car, and now I own the car that I literally didn't think was possible. He was incredibly responsive and transparent through every step, making the process seamless and stress-free. I'm truly someone that knows nothing when it comes to buying cars. I'm very trusting, and so its easy for me to be taken advantage of with these types of things. But, I can truly say that I've never felt so comfortable. It wasn't me trying to get a deal out of him, it was him trying to get me the best deal. It’s rare to work with someone who is both extremely knowledgeable and genuinely committed to making sure the customer is taken care of. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I can’t recommend them highly enough. You’ll be in excellent hands.

I came in not optimistic about being able to get a car and am now leaving with a car! They were all so amazing and helpful here. They truly cared about helping me and not taking advantage of someone who may be in a bad place.
