Paul was a great salesman providing helpful advice and made the experience even fun. He is down to earth and easy to get along with. I appreciate his help with me purchasing a new vehicle! PJ was the sales manager and he also was great. Wanted to earn my business without being too pushy like usual car salesmen. Two words you would not expect someone to say about a car dealership's service dept - World Class - but that is the service I have received from Napleton Kia. Cory, in particular, has gone above and beyond several times and delivered by far the best service experience I have ever had at any car dealership. Good service, especially at a car dealership, seems to be in short supply, at least in my experience, which makes the exceptional service from Cory and the whole dept. that much better. Update - 04/18/24 - Hershel was personable, professional, thoughtful, and provided me a exceptional customer experience, a seemingly hard thing to find in today's world. And this makes TWO Service Advisors at Napleton Kia of Carmel that have provided me the best service experiences I have ever had at any dealership in my 30+ years of owning a car. Both deserve high praise.
