2015 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus

If I could give more stars I would. Went to many dealerships in my area and felt discouraged. The service locally made me never to want to buy a new car, however, Flood and the team made me have hope in dealerships again. Flood and the finance team explained everything clearly, concisely, and did not try to sneak in extra packages. Everything was laid out and walked away with a new car in less than 4 hours (which I would consider stellar after dealing with other places). Everyone is very kind, considerate, and they truly want the best for their customers. If you’re looking to buy a car I’d suggest coming down here, I drove 3 hours and they made it worth it.

I was there because my interior fan was failing, I needed a new set of tires, and I wanted a thorough cleaning (inside and out). After inspection, I was informed that my brake pads needed replacing, and my battery terminals required cleaning. I appreciate the oversight and agree to all of it. The work unexpectedly took us into the next day, and I needed a ride home to Tenino. The Service Manager understood and handed me keys to the current model of my truck, which was excellent and very much appreciated. The work was done the following day, and I was happy with the experience. The bill came up lower than the estimated cost, which was also very nice. I would also like to commend the service driver who took me to work and picked me up. He is pretty fabulous. Thank you for employing a disabled vet; it's very meaningful. I am happy with the work, but if you want picky details, the cleaning service missed the sections of my windows just under my rain guards all the way around, and the bed of my truck was not touched. The cost for the cleaning was significantly lower than the estimate, so I am happy to let that slide. I remain pleased with the service and plan on being a return customer.

Tiara was very nice and very helpful in selling us the car. She made it easy and being seniors took her time explaining things to us. Same with the financial person sorry forgot his name. The person who cleaned the car I am 81 and I could do a lot better job than maybe nobody did clean our car?
