I am absolutely thrilled with my 2021 Audi Q3! The whole experience was awesome. Jon Kitchen really helped me find the suv that is the perfect fit. I’ve been looking for a very specific car for a very long time and saw one on their website. Was connected over the phone with Andrew on the sales floor and he sent me a video immediately - everything looked great so I came in to test drive. When I got there Andrew and the sales manager Mike were there to help me. Together with Andrew from finance (the dynamic Andrew duo) they got me in my dream car! Since I’m a first time buyer I made them go over every process in great detail - how the warranty works, how the title transfer process works, how the trade in of my old vehicle works, what all my financing options were and how each one would affect the monthly payments, a line by line of the Car fax and maintenance history and more. They were patient and not pushy at all with me and so nice. I didn’t feel any pressure at any point to buy, and they took great care of me. Andrew + Andrew (the dynamic duo) stayed over an hour and a half after closing to finish the sale with me. I got a great deal given the mileage and awesome condition of the car and the price they had on their website was the price when I signed. Nothing was hidden. Now I’m the proud owner of a 2020 Army Green 4Runner TRD Pro and whew she is gorgeous! My dogs and I are going have so many adventures and I can’t wait. Thanks team.
