Damien at Van Syckle was incredibly helpful! This was my first time even considering buying/leasing (I am 22) and he helped me through the entire process and made it seem easy. I was originally looking at upgrading my 2018 Kia Sportage to the new model, and was able to test drive one almost immediately. When I drove back into the lot Damien had set aside a 2024 Seltos that fit my needs and wants much better. With the tan interior that would be more comfortable for my future move to Florida, shorter wheelbase, and even being a little more affordable, somehow Damien knew I would fit right into the Seltos he had chosen. I am so grateful that he listened to me because now I have the perfect car for me! As we sat down to talk about the many options that comes with leasing a vehicle, he made it so that it wasn’t overwhelming for me at all. My parents were 100 miles away at the time so he even was incredibly patient with my many back-and-forth calls with them as we were making the decisions. Damien even gave fantastic advice about my upcoming move to Florida, as he used to live in the same area. Once all the paperwork was signed Damien showed me the area where I will have my oil changes and who to talk to about scheduling my first one. Overall a very positive experience at Van Syckle.
