My experience was great. Was I nervous?? ???? YES. God seen fit. Carl Oliver and the rest of the team made it work. They were all great and professional. My expectation was not to receive what I drove off the lot with. I came in an Uber, but left out in a Lincoln MKX. This is all God and me stepping out on faith. Go and see them. Three cheers for the amazing service team at Wolfchase Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep! We were on our way back home to Maryland from Texas with our Jeep Grand Cherokee towing our travel trailer when the check engine light came on - we looked for a nearby dealership and fortunately we were not far away from Wolfchase, just off I-40 in Bartlett, Tennessee. Charles and the rest of the service team checked the engine light and quickly diagnosed the problem (an electrical issue), ordered replacement parts, and got us back on the road toward home. The calm and friendly professionalism of the team was greatly appreciated and helped us get through an otherwise tough situation. Our deepest appreciation for the service and parts team at Wolfchase!
