Staff was courteous and helpful. Christian did a great job keeping me informed about shipment information for my new car. There were delays and he updated me several times. Staff was not insisting on any unneeded warranties. Gave me a great value on my trade in better than other Chevy dealerships locally. All in all a great and stress free experience.

Christian help my mom purchase a used 2021 Chevy Bolt. He was very knowledgeable about EVs you can tell he was very well trained in the EV. It was a 2021 the price was good but not very flexible but that is understandable for a used vehicle. I would recommend Dave Gill for any purchase but ask for Christian. My only complaint is the loan specialist was very pushy trying to get my mom to purchase additional warranties. I would imagine the dealership makes most of the money on these but don’t get all pissy and make us say NO multiple times. This was slightly uncomfortable for myself and my mother. Also I find personally find it insulting when someone mentions the price in per month terms. Give me the totally cost. So our experience with Christian was amazing the loan man was a negative 1. So I give them a 4 stars.

I purchased my vehicle at Dave Gill about a week ago, excellent customer service, my sales person was Tracey S. very nice sales person and she knew her job well. The finance person she knew her job well also. I recommend Dave Gill if and when you look for a vehicle. I am so happy with my purchase! Beverly
