2016 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus Shaker

I have been to several dealerships and auto repair shops over the years, but about 10 years ago I began to take my family's vehicles to Southtowne Motors and have been a loyal customer ever since. They are very accommodating, knowledgeable, and make me feel like a valued customer. I can't say enough about their service. It is very easy to make an appointment and quick to respond with any concerns I may have. I don't go anywhere else to get any vehicles repaired, inspected, oil changed, etc. All of the people there are always very friendly and give thorough explanations pertaining to what needs to be done, why it needs done, and costs involved. I depend very much on my car and Southtowne Motors is that dependable auto repair shop that I needed. Thanks to everyone at Southtowne Motors!

Best mechanic I have ever gone to. Wish I was still in the area so I could keep going to this place. Fair prices and even though they are normally pretty busy, they always manage to get work down fast. Honest and reliable mechanics are hard to find. These people are truly the best.

I am from Ohio. After trolling internet websites for countless hours I found a truck at Southtowne Motors. I hesitated to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to see and test drive it; but I'm sure glad I did. After speaking to Bill on the phone a few times we made the trip. Most dealers I dealt with up to this point told me anything I wanted to hear just to get me to show up. Only to find their description and knowledge of the vehicle was not accurate. Bill described this vehicle perfectly. Upon arrival I was pleased to see not only was he honest about the truck but it actually exceeded my expectations. He went over with me all the work they had done on the truck and answered every question in great detail. Most importantly he treated not only me but my wife with the upmost respect! After taking a decently long test drive we decided to buy! Buying process was extremely relaxed and paperwork was completed quickly and stress free. Unfortunately we were unable to take the truck home that day. After explaining to Bill where we lived he came to our rescue and told me he would deliver the truck to us only 20 minutes from where we lived saving us another 2 1/2 hour drive. What a life saver!!! Dealerships and people like this are few and far between in this industry and I'm so thankful to have found Southtowne Motors. I now have their website saved and will definitely look at their site first next time I'm looking to buy!!!
