2017 Dodge Challenger R/T

Ruby Jane is a 2019 Challenger R/T with a shaker hood , she has tinted windows, 22 inch black wheels. She is garaged and I have had her for 3 plus years . She is spoiled by me and only has 67,000 miles on her but she fell ill and she couldn’t go on so she threw her check engine light. Being a woman myself I abhor going to most mechanics and vow not to take her to a dealer. After a couple days and some prayer I decided to take her here, mostly because I knew somewhat about Samantha Salem as we are both REALTORS. What I experienced was kindness, understanding and Tam explained in a way I could understand what was going on. Tam definitely has a love for the “hemi” and that was very clear, so I felt Ruby Jane was in good hands. Now to be honest she needed some serious surgery but I feel that instead of just putting a bandage that they took the time to do it right, to insure I would be happy and NOT have to keep coming back. I found the whole experience to be professional and have already told friends about Tam and Samantha . Their sincerity and honesty was refreshing. Tam even put some gas in her. When I picked her up she was washed up and I left them with another of our cars. I will definitely be back for servicing. Probably will purchase a car in the future from them as well. I am so glad I called them up and they got me in right away for a diagnostic smoke test for my EVAP issue- made time for me on a Saturday because I was traveling and they were so kind! He ran the diagnostic and figured out my issue and I got the part replaced after I got home- then ended up back in back in Kansas City a week later and ended up needing the diagnostic run again to make sure the issue was fixed and they were so kind to do it a 2nd time for me! I am always so nervous going to a mechanic alone as a female and he explained everything to me and showed me exactly what was wrong and the best/most affordable ways to get it fixed. Could not be more pleased with my experience. I called around to no less than 15 places asking for an EVAP smoke test and nobody seemed to do it but them! And they did a great job. They also have a variety of used cars in great shape for sale on the lot. Check them out- and if you’re someone nervous about going to mechanic- this is a trusty place :)

Communication and service was great. Fixed my car issue, got the part and replaced it on Saturday. Car has been good since no hesitation and loosing power. Thank you.
