2021 Dodge Challenger R/T

Buying a car can feel overwhelming, but it makes the world of difference when you have the right people by your side. My first encounter with Leigh at Don Hattan Chevrolet was when I bought my first Chevy Colorado in 2022. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, leaving me with a great experience. Fast forward a few years, and it was time for an upgrade. The lot had more options, and the new features on the vehicles were impresive. Naturally, I turned to Leigh again, trusting her to guide me through the process just like before. As we wrapped up the paperwork, I was surprised to find out Leigh wasn’t initially getting credit for the sale. We brought this up, and I want to give a big thank you to Teddy for helping us negotiate the deal we wanted and ensuring Leigh was recognized for her outstanding work. I don't know how to fully express how lucky it is for Don Hattan to have Leigh. I want to be the one to suggest possibly a role with upper management for knowing whats important to the customer experience. Again thanks to both Leigh and Teddy for making this car-buying experience exceptional once again!

Our sales experience was fantastic ... John Collins was knowledgable, accommodating and helpful. He wasn't pressuring us and took his time to explain specific things. We got the car we wanted and a price we could live with! I'm looking forward to utilizing their free car washes and if needed the warranty protection.
