What a great dealership. Our salesperson Jason Dodd was fantastic to deal with. Honest, realistic, and helpful. We had not planned to buy, but after the deal on our trade-in and on the new vehicle we could not pass it up. We have had trouble with our last dealership always being a month behind on an oil change so we meet the service writers to see about times. They can get you in same day, next day, same week! So happy we switched to this dealership! The assistant GM called to check in with us. We were suppose to meet with a different person who was busy and we are so happy he was busy. I do not think we would have bought with him. So glad we were switched to Jason!
dealt with parkway subaru for 20 years – for Volvo and subarus… You could could say I was a loyal customer… But when it came down to buying out my lease, they wanted more per month to buy it than I was paying to lease it and basically told me they couldn’t finance me for ANY CAR ON THEIR LOT. SO, feeling defeated , WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO COASTAL KIA AND WALKED OUT A FEW HOURS LATER WITH A BEAUTIFUL 2013 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER FOR $200 LESS THAN I WAS PAYING A MONTH FOR MY SUBARU. Kelvin Swinson, my personal salesman, asked me what my budget was & instead of finding me a car it was “in my budget“, he came back with a quote that was $50 less than what I told him I could afford. I’ve never met a salesman who was as compassionate and understanding, and willing to do whatever to make it work. I’m glad I walked out of parkway. And I’m sorry for anything negative I may have ever said about coastal Kia because they are 100% . At least in my experience.????
I’ve got my car at Coastal Kia a couple of months ago and it was a really great experience! I was lucky enough to have Mr. Parker as the salesperson.
