I recommend this place to buy your new car. When visiting there was a misunderstanding with the staff. But the same day the owner named Bob contacted me and helped to agree on all the details. Thanks to him and the good work of the team I got my van and was satisfied. I have been to many dealerships in New Jersey, some do not say the price until they make a hard request to the bank, others indicate the wrong price, and only after spending time visiting the buyer finds out that the price differs by $ 5,000 from the original price. Thank you for your work. Your price is the same as indicated on the website and you have no hidden payments.

Great deals and quality service. We came from out of state and were able to take the vehicle home we purchased that same day. We had some issues with bulges in our tires a couple weeks later, and after bringing the issue up to Black Tie Auto staff, they replaced them for free! Would recommend this place to anyone!

If we could we would leave a 10 star review. The guys at Blacktie made vehicle shopping a pleasant experience. They do not pressure you into a sale. They answer your questions and are very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Mike in the finance department did us a huge solid. We originally signed paperwork at high interest rate because that was the loan offer that came in. We were about 20 minutes into our 1hour and 18 minute trip back home when he called and said come back. A lower interest rate offer came in. We went back the rate was 1/2 of what the first one was. I don't think many dealerships would take the time to redo everything like he did. Thank you so much. We have already started recommending them to everyone we know. They also have a great warranty package you can purchase if your vehicle of choice qualifies. I recommend you shop with them before you go anywhere else. Here's more stars for them.
