Buckley’s used to be located in Oxford, Ma. I shared bad experiences with 2 other repair shops in Oxford with my friend and neighbor. He suggested Buckley’s. I brought my vehicle in where I received fairly priced repairs and service. I have never looked back. They moved the operation to Webster and expanded the sales division. Today, I bought a vehicle. I worked with Evan in the past and sought him out today. I was not at all surprised at his excellent customer service and professionalism. He went through every feature of the vehicle during the test drive. He broke down the figures and the process. Last, he implored me to bring the vehicle in if I found it not as mechanically as stated. Buckley Auto Center does not have the hidden agenda associated with big dealerships. We recently purchased a van for our family business at Buckley Auto, and we're very happy with it - it runs well, looks good and we feel we paid a fair price for it. Most used car buyers will recognize that brief sentence to be the culmination of a long, tedious process! The following is my candid experience with Buckley Auto Center: I'm a capable online researcher, but buying a used vehicle is always stressful because I have little to no mechanical knowledge. I knew what we wanted and the general price range - however after rejecting the models for sale near us, we drove 100 miles from NH to Buckley Auto Center hoping it wasn't going to be a long wasted trip. In our initial interaction with Gene Buckley, we felt really comfortable with his low-key sales approach - but every good auto sales pro has that down pat, right? Given that most dealers buy at the auctions and have just a Car Fax report to go by, beyond having a likable salesperson, what actually matters is the condition of the vehicle, what needs to be done to it, and then whether the sales price is reflective of those factors. In our case, as the process played out we felt confident that we were dealing with a reputable individual in Gene Buckley, a well-run dealership staffed by capable mechanics and a professional front-office manager in Evan. No one can predict what will happen in the future with a used car (or with a new one, for that matter!) but for the responsive and courteous interactions, transparent process, and pre-delivery careful mechanical care given our vehicle – we were pleased to do business with Buckley Auto Center, and would recommend them without reservation.

Bought a car here a few years ago and it was a super easy and great buying experience. Vehicle lasted with only normal upkeep repairs until it was totaylled in a not at fault accident 4 years later. After buying the car me and my family brought all our cars to Buckley's for our car repairs. Super honest people and great service. Never over charges and I have recommended all my friends to come here as well. Loved this place so much, when I moved an hour away I would still bring my car here as long as my car could make it.
