I am a person who gets anxious whenever car issues arise that are outside of simple maintenance. However, everyone at J&F auto has had the demeanor and patience of a nurse; helping me to feel comfortable and secure, offering a full explanation of what needs to be done as well as a breakdown of the cost. The pricing was fair and affordable. Even when another problem arose I was able to bring my car back to them to clear the secondary issue. Again, they were kind, helpful and very patient with me. Went down to J&F Auto to get my new vehicle registered and with my luck nothing was going right, due to problems on my end, But Melissa was awesome! She was patient and worked with me to get it all figured out. Def give J&F 5 stars!
