Our Nissan Maxima is a sharp car with low mileage and in great shape so we look forward to enjoying it for a while! Being from Wisconsin, they took care of us from the phone car inquiring about the car to when we drove it off the lot beaming from ear to ear! If you have an issue with your Nissan, CONTACT KIRK NISSAN at the Dyersburg location! The employees there are AMAZING! They are SUPER KIND and VERY UNDERSTANDING! Honestly, I know NOTHING about cars. This dealership put me in my first car off of a lot (a HUGE THANK YOU is due to Mr. Dion Fisher!), and I have had a great experience every since the day I signed the papers with Mr. Dallas Callins. These men were very attentive to my circumstance and wishes, as well as thorough with every step of the process. I recently experienced minor issues with my Nissan, so without hesitation I returned to the dealership and told them what was going on. They assisted me immediately (I mean really, there was no wait time for me to speak with a member). They got me set up for an appointment after they figured out what was wrong. Now that my parts are in, I called Kirk Nissan to confirm my appointment and Stephanie Gregory LITERALLY eased my stress COMPLETELY! I am not used to dealing with car problems, so this experience was a nuance and very stressful to me. Stephanie answered every question I had, and by the end of the call I was so excited to have spoken with her! Each member I mentioned in my review, I have interacted with; although I found their full names on the company website. But I can promise any person, if you go to Kirk Nissan and have the pleasure of running into one of these great people, you WILL NOT REGRET IT OR FORGET IT! The experience I have had with the employees at Kirk Nissan is a ray of sunshine, no matter what my day was like before interacting with them. Kirk Nissan is very lucky to have great people working for the company, bringing happiness and satisfaction to all customers in Dyersburg and surrounding areas! That's hard to find nowadays, but I am SO GRATEFUL to have found just that at Kirk Nissan. Thank y'all for helping me out in my times of frustration and desperation!

I arrived at the dealership at closing time to use the charging station. I found a staff member to see if it was ok given the time. Let’s say he was not only super friendly and said yes once I started; he came out to check on me and offer a quicker charging station.
