2021 Dodge Challenger R/T

10/10! I cannot recommend them enough. I am so so happy with my car! From start to finish I had nothing but an absolutely outstanding experience. I live 5 hours away and I will travel here any time for a vehicle! The customer service was amazing. Everyone that I worked with was outstanding. I had the honor of having Susan M. As my salesperson and she is absolutely amazing!! Very professional and understanding. She answered any questions I had, educated me on the things I wasn’t sure about and the differences of my options, she was patient and just overall pleasing to work with! I can’t express enough how happy I am with my experience here and I will be returning in the future :)

I just want to take a minute to rate my experience at Dan Cummins in Georgetown,Kentucky. As you can see I give it 5 stars. It was a smooth process from beginning until the end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesperson Ericka Napier. She was extremely genuine and also a true professional.Thank you so much Ericka for everything you done for me so I could walk away with my first new vehicle and the truck of my dreams! Purchased a Ram 2500 Power Wagon from here. The service of this dealership is excellent! Our salesman, Charles Davis, went above and beyond to help negotiate a fair deal on both our trade in and this truck. His personality and how he helps really shows that he has your best interest at heart. We arrived at the dealership a little after 4:30 pm but we didn't leave until around 11:00 pm (around 3 hours after they closed!) All of the attitudes from Charles, the manager and the finance person were great about the ordeal. We never felt like we were putting them out staying that late. We did offer to come back the next day, but they said it was no trouble on their end for staying that late. If you are in the market for a Chevrolet or Dodge vehicle, I highly recommend checking them out. If you want a superb salesman that is willing to go the distance, I recommend asking for Charles Davis. He will make sure to get you the deal you are happy with for the vehicle you really want. This is one of the best dealerships I have been too. I have also done business with Dan Cummins in Paris and while they are an excellent dealership too, in my book this one exceeds even them (and that is a hard feat to do)!
