2017 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus Shaker

I have had several experiences at Rowells and have been extremely impressed with their competent technicians and friendly staff. They go above and beyond to satisfy each customers individual needs whether it is a simple vehicle inspection or a complicated diagnostic repair. They have gone out of their way to get my vehicle into the shop during times when all other local shops were projecting appointments over a month away. I will be using Rowells for all of my future vehicle needs and would 100% recommend others to do the same if fast & reliable service at a fair price is something you value.

Correctly diagnosed and fixed an absolute pain in my booty misfire. The coil pack they got was faulty out of the package, so when I went to get it, the same issue still persisted. Brought it back right then, they double checked it, and ALSO fixed something else, FOR FREE (exhaust leak). It was correct and fixed the next morning, at no additional cost to me. Their diagnosis was dead on, the part was just faulty out of the package, and they still made it right and did another job they didn't have to do. Best mechanic experience I've ever had, and this is coming from someone who almost never trusts mechanics, and does most of their own work if I have the tools. I will happily use them for everything in the future. I'm also umm, flamboyant, and was not discriminated against in any conceivable way. These guys are really good people and do really good work
