2017 Dodge Challenger T/A Plus

I have taken my Ram 3500 cargo van to many dealerships for oil changes and I have to say that Desert 215 has the BEST service department! From the moment I walk in until I leave I am constantly impressed. Every touch point the staff are awesome. Very helpful and service oriented! The facilities are very nice and comfortable and communication is great. I don’t live in Vegas but do my best to travel to there for my service because of their service! Great job to your staff as they seem happy and take good care of their customers!

Went to desert 215 to look at a challenger, Zach was so helpful. He took me right to the car I wanted, he was very professional. We ended up buying 2 new cars from him. If you are looking at buying a car I highly recommend asking for Zach. Thank you Zach we appreciate all you did for us????

We had not bought a new car in over 19 years, so we were a little "on guard" when we first contacted Desert 215. They did have the car we wanted so we asked for info over the Internet. Long story short, we ended up dealing with Travis and Zach over a 2 week period until we finalized on 2/29/24. Our experience with them and the dealership overall was excellent. Travis and Zach and Corey at the end were just super helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. There were no strong arm tactics or pressure which is why we felt comfortable with them. They were supportive of us getting the best deal that met our needs. We are very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend and refer them to anyone without reservation.
