I had a great experience with the whole team at Van Nuys CDJR. I can’t think of a nicer and more friendly group from Sales to Service. I had done my homework and they gave me a great deal on my trade-in and got me into a beautiful blue 2024 Sahara 4xe. I was helped by several people. Jon Schwartz the General manager even greeted me and made sure I was happy with everything. Chris, Josh, Lazo, Selena and Mike all contributed to this wonderful and exciting experience. There are many places you can buy a jeep… But I will always go to Van Nuys CJR for their excellent service in all departments. Highly recommended.
Great experience! I don’t like shopping for a vehicle in person, I do everything online. Texted Erik M. and had the deal I wanted in a half hour. Went in and signed, within an hour and a half I was driving a new Jeep. I’ve researched the one I wanted for a while and saw the deal they had. They made it easy and enjoyable. No tricks, no hidden agendas. Call Erik, he’ll treat you good. And… the staff was friendly and attentive.
