Service at Palmen Jeep of Racine is always excellent. Patty is our service adviser but the entire team is super. During shortages they've found us a lift kit and tires that were backordered and the installs and services were always on time, professional and friendly. I made a purchase today I didn’t think I’d make in a million years. An even after my frustration (not knowing or understanding the details of this process) Chris, Matt, a Steve smiled through it an explained everything to a point i completely understand a was happy with. An after sometime they worked their magic and lined me up not only in the vehicle I had my heart set on but also in a financial aspect. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you for putting up with all my confusion.

After having been able to make a Saturday appointment with only short notice, my oil change/tire rotation went quickly and smoothly as usual.
