2015 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus

I had a scheduled appointment at 8:45am. I arrived and the technician was nice and personable. He took my vehicle and invited me to go inside and the Asst manager of Service assisted me. I was notified by text once I checked in for update statuses on my car. The entire process upon arrival, check-in, and check out was overall good. The wait time was about 2 1/2 hours which was not too bad. My service tech was awesome!! Thank you so much!

Great experience and team. Everyone was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Even feeding my child a couple hot dogs they had grilled out back. Worked with Kim twice and she’s excellent in the car sales process. Juan was great also! I left with a new vehicle and also sold them my old vehicle. All in one whop.. I’ll be back for my next purchase for sure.

Tyler customer service was great. I would recommend him anytime! Previously he had assisted me with my oil change and advised me that I would need some additional services. He was able to provide me with a print out with an estimated cost and told me to reach back out when I was ready. This most recent time I came in for a wheel alignment (on the list of services needed). He had me in and out within a hour and 15mins! I lost the last print out of needed services and he was able to provide me with a new one. Again, his customer service was great.
